Welcome to SubByte. These Terms of Service govern your use of SubByte services, including SubByte Manager.

SubByte Manager

SubByte Manager is a service designed to help authorized users retrieve verification and registration codes from their Gmail accounts.

Google Account and Gmail Access

Certain SubByte Manager features require the user to authorize access to their Google Account through Google OAuth.

When authorized, SubByte Manager requests read-only access to Gmail. This access is used only to identify relevant email messages and retrieve verification or registration codes requested by the user.

SubByte Manager does not use Gmail access to send, modify, or delete email messages.

User Authorization

You may only connect and authorize Google Accounts that you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party services you use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse SubByte or SubByte Manager, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, interfere with the operation or security of the service, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Third-Party Services

SubByte may interact with third-party services, including Google services. Your use of those services may also be governed by the terms and policies of the applicable third party.

Service Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, operational, or legal reasons.

Termination of Access

Users may revoke SubByte Manager’s access to their Google Account through their Google Account security settings. We may also restrict access to the service in cases of misuse, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.
